These terms govern your use of plattr-recipes.com (the “Site”) and the plattr app (the “App”). By using the Site, the App, or joining the waitlist you agree to these terms.
The waitlist is a way to register interest in plattr. Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side: we may decide not to launch the product, may change its scope, or may invite waitlist members at our discretion.
You need an account to use the App, and you must be at least 16 years old to create one. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You can permanently delete your account and all its data at any time from within the App.
Recipes, notes, and other content you add remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process your content solely to operate the App (including AI-assisted recipe extraction). By sharing a recipe with friends you grant them the ability to view it and save their own copy, attributed to your handle; copies they saved survive if you later unshare or delete your account.
You can report objectionable content and block users from within the App. We aim to review reports within 24 hours and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Moderation contact: hello@plattr-recipes.com.
All content on the Site (text, design, logos) is owned by plattr unless otherwise indicated. You may share links to the Site freely; you may not copy the design or branding without permission.
The Site and the App are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not promise they will be available without interruption or free of bugs, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the App itself. Recipe extraction is AI-assisted and may contain errors — always use your own judgment, especially around allergens and food safety.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, plattr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, the App, or the waitlist, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will update the date above and notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Site or the App after an update means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
